Arab and Lebanese salad is a variety of salad dishes that form part of Arab and Lebanese cuisine. Its combining many different vegetables and spices, and often served as part of a meze, salad made from fresh peppers, tomatoes, garlic and onions with olives oil and tuna on top, those from Syria, uae and Lebanon.
A recipe for Arab salad includes tomato, cucumber, onion, lemon and olive oil. Other variations include serving with fried pita slices or adding sumac to the fresh lemon and oil dressing.
